I've noticed that Zandronum autosaves at the start of each level then automatically loads that save upon death. Is there a way to set up my game so that I reset to full health and just a pistol when I start a new level and after dying?
Incidentally, this option is now included with the updated DOOM + DOOM II product by Nightdive Studios.
There is a script that achieves this for GZDoom, but alas it doesn't work with Zandronum.
