Hi there. I just want to say that I miss the very old ZDoom command, the snd_midivolume.
Basically, the midi for me is very quiet via Virtualmidi, but the mp3 and other musics are loud.
So, I recommend to put this back in the 2.0.

That's nice that not I am the only one who miss this CMD. I hope they will put it back to Zandronum.

It was removed in Zdoom, and merged with Music Volume. I doubt it will ever come back. I would bring up the changelog that had the reason, but that was so long ago.

Yeah, I actually have the same problem. I'd also like to have separate volume bars for MIDI and other music.Dani_75_Hun wrote: Basically, the midi for me is very quiet via Virtualmidi, but the mp3 and other musics are loud.

Yep, I know it was removed long time ago. The reason was "now every music uses the same linear scale, no need to have 2 of 'em".DevilHunter wrote: It was removed in Zdoom, and merged with Music Volume. I doubt it will ever come back. I think because Windows XP had MIDI support and MIDI sound slider.
But Windows Vista, 7 and 8 lacks this feature. Sadly.
