Anyway to edit on-screen frag messages?

Can the text of these big messages edited? I could not find a solution.

That thing is pretty much hardcoded I think so you will not probably have a chance to change it for everyone. Unless the frag message is written in LANGUAGE lump, which can be changed.

It is hardcoded. It can only be turned on/off by clients, using the cl_showlargefragmessages CVAR.
