I like UAC Ultra a lot, even though it's just 11 levels long, it has great athmosphere, gameplay, and the custom brownish textures of the wad really stand apart from other megawads. It's probably my favourite wad after Deus Vult 2. Also both Scythe 2 and Plutonia 2 are really well made in terms of design and gameplay. Kama Sutra is a great classic that is usually not well remembered IMO.
Newgothic movement 1 is the shit for those who likes slaughter maps that doesn't only involve BFG spamming (at least in the early levels).
And The Ultimate Torment and Torture is a masterpiece in every aspect, and it even has some cool storyline that goes along with it.
