Obvious wallhack is obvious. Even though the vid is an example...
Though, there will be times where it can be pretty hard to spot, but still not impossible.

what about other client modifications? like showing opponent's health? I think I saw a thing like this somewhere else.
what about replacing respawn sounds with loud ass noises and player sprites with hitbox indicators?

i guess you can use sv_pure for that case (i guess)

I think all servers are pure by default? But it doesn't change what your files without map data are doing.
Shared keys will now be in Zandro! Thanks devs for their work, and users for the support!

I don't think the server will send Health/Armor/Ammo data, or at least properly (reading from the tracker) to other clients unless it is specifically allowed like in coop gametypes.
