I was mainly pointing out most of the retard decisions are made by legislative bodies, executives, and committees. The courts mainly sift through the retard decisions, but courts are mostly occupied by trained and educated professionals who do the procedural work of the other entities. So generally, when a court case goes ten ways to hell it's not the direct fault of the court officials.
I'm in agreement with the stupidity element, just saying it's not limited to Florida or the fault of singular entities.
