First set of five tries averaged 284.
Second set of five tries averaged 148.
It's less of lightning fingers and more of proper concentration technique. The trick is that your subconscious is way better at managing things, but it seems it cannot focus on the same thing your conscious is focused on. So you're gotta be magical and focus your conscious at something completely irrelevant, while focusing your subconscious on the actual task. And it's pretty hard.
In the first five tries, I did not do anything I wrote above. In the second set, I did. You see the difference.

I personally think there's something wrong with this site.
I've used other sites and managed to get much less on average. I can't get under 230 ms (my first try), yet on another site I was able to get down to 190 ms no problem. I can't find this site (it did both sight and sound), but it was much better.
