Band/songname of the music in that WDI '79 map?

Unfortunately, I don't know the exact name of that map.

depends on what do you mean. All ambient music and finale music are a rip from The Warriors ps2 game, they are not included in official soundtrack and de facto noone knows who composed those for that game.
However Strip club music is Remember by vivien vee, and "don't hold back" by chanson. The Club music is from theclubplace.com. There is also radio's "love me sexy" by will ferrell, "here comes that sound", "shake it babe" and some song by dr hook.
