I doubt this message will actually reach my desired audience but here goes.

To those in the clan who do not get on IRC, please make atleast SOME attempt to get on the clan channel or IRC in general and just PM me. The fact I have to look around Skulltag's server list to see "which is on" pisses me off to great extents especially when I want a response to a possible scrim then and there. So please actually show up to IRC once in a while, just so I know you aren't dead okay?

Also, just because you've been in the clan for about 2 or 3 days and haven't had a scrim yet, boo hoo, you're not helping yourself at all by ragequitting the clan channel. You've just lessened your own chances of getting a scrim going as I'm not going to leave and look for your ass, so grow up and deal with it once in a while.

I've decided to address a small issue people bring up from time to time about my clan and it's members. Things which often lead to conversations about how I should deal with it or who I should remove well don't wish to give out names of those but this is my general response to all:

Although we as a clan act within a group as we scrim, priv, duel or play any other various games and or gametype(s), I simply do not have the time, patience or simply willpower to police how each one acts to those around us. In other words, I simply don't care what the members of my clan do on their own time, it's their choices, they are not me, so I'm not going to sit there and govern how they act as it has no real effect on me directly so therefore I have no need to engage. For example, like on multiple occasions if a member ragequits a scrim mid-game or even if it's not finished, I just think to myself "Well we're not going to finish this scrim, gonna go do something else", I never let these things phase me. Now of course I know the age old question of "Well don't you care how your clan looks?" well to put it mildly, yes I do, the logo and tag look very nice. Honestly I don't know why people judge the general output of a clan from the actions of one member, if someone decides to be a moron I say let him and he who commits his acts pay for it in a way most beneficial to them. This isn't to say I won't step in if a member of my clan is patronizing another member, thats when my power comes into play and I take action as I stated in my objective I want it to be a friendly environment. However at the same time I don't allow the trouble makers the attention they seek and in a way I like to think of it as a rehabilitation and here's my example of why:

I'm not gonna beat around the bush, lets dive right in to what everyone wants me to discuss now, one of 's members, Hopes. This is your typical run of the mill internet tough guy who has just enough skill to let him skim by one or two maps. From the git go I never took him seriously one bit, in a way he's grown on me to be a more English adverse capo thus why I renamed him on the member list as capo #2. From the beginning when Hopes was in , he would let his insults fly left and right and did not care who it was. During a entire duel at one point as him and I were playing he refused to stop calling me a 'bitch' as for some odd reason he just felt like he wanted to, might be because he was losing but well I'm just not too sure but anyway... Hopes would go so far as to doubt my skill, my leadership and often times ragequit duels, scrims and even priv, which I would proceed to rip an artery from laughing too hard from the way he rages. After a while whenever Hopes would begin his rants I would be the complete smartass troll to him, as he responded with silence I assume I was taking a toll onto his conscience, I wasn't taking him seriously as others would and gradually he began to lighten up. Soon after he pretty much refused to rant around me unless his skill or ego was provoked, but he still refuses to acknowledge me even if I go out of my way to make a smartass statement about him. Infact he's starting to grown a custom to following me around now, which although I find creepy, is a sign to atleast I'm getting through somewhere in that thick skull of his as he downloaded the entire zdwar pack and addons last night just to spectate and watch me play, fancy.

So in short, no theres nothing I'm going to do to the members who lash out against others and ragequit from duels or scrims because theres nothing that will solve. I'm just going to continue let them being dumb, making dumb decisions and then receiving dumb punishments from admins until they have learned the lesson themselves that they can't be dumb. Sure I'm not holding my breath over that one, but someone has to be the caretaker at this daycare of misfits, so I'll be happy to take up the role. Guys i leave the clan, now that we have bad reputation and some of our members are not that cool and now the leader (i think), and 2 more members leaves, i don't see a future on this clan.

Alright well time to punk out again, as a strange turn of unfortunate events I myself have left (once again) for LF, taking waterivesi with me.

I've been advised for a while to go ahead and get this over with seeing as how I really didn't build this clan up to be awfully respectable... But I was mainly sticking to it just for the fact I became good friends with waterivesi and wanted to raise him in a environment I can keep control of so to speak. And the minute he told me he wanted to leave today, I went to Andy whom I previously discussed possible re-enlisting to LF, I asked him to discuss waterivesi's possible role in LF and when he agreed to it as long as I joined I just couldn't pass it up. Sorry dudes but it's for the better, wasn't really going anywhere with this and actually eventually I would hardly be active enough to even run a clan, was gonna hand down the responsibilities to someone else for the mean time (meaning waterivesi) but then that got backfired. Anyway thats all for now folks!
