I'm back, thanks to Metal's gracious pardon as my early Christmas Gift (a small thanks extends to her) and I need to get back into Zandronum. After a year in the IDL, and spending the majority of my time on Oda I can barely do anything in Zandro as far as aiming. So I wanna send a challenge out to any and everyone who wishes to take their shot at me in a duel! Any server is allowed and any fraglimit is in effect. I hope to get back into Zandro and hopefully finally put all that practicing I've done in the IDL to use on another port. See you in the field.

GG's pal, I really enjoyed that duel, you have a very good aim, my respects for you, I'd like to repeat this duel, I feel that I need to win at least 1 map xD.

Nati has decided to step up to the plate and challenge me on what would become the most frustrating server of all time. It's been so long since I actually had to deal with lag, and I had no idea how crappy Zandronum would treat my measly 90 ping. Autoaim only works when it wants to, I have to aim 32px in front of my enemy to get a hit. I occasionally found myself saying over and over "wtf" when I missed a clearly obvious 1 one hit kill, with so much of this going on I intended to run around the map as fast as I can trying to kill Nati and hope for the best. It's going to take me a long time to get used to lag again, and I sure will hate it. In any case, gg's to Nati.

I play with 260 ping in those servers, it is, but you can play "normal", just need to controle your aim with the delay. but its not very hard, at least for people like me that we have high ping in almost all servers.

It's going to be increasingly difficult to adjust, especially since I'm infact so used to being pampered to such well smoothed out gameplay then have to swap over to players that skip around a lot.

You aren't the only one who hates playing against laggers like nati. Personally, I refuse to play any duel server not located in the US. I wanna enjoy the game, not get frustrated.

I doubt it's my own problem. I personally never experience skipping/lag most of the time.

It's not nati's fault exactly, I put most of the blame on me primarily. I just need to get back into that ol' GV feel if I ever wanna work these tired old bones.

In other news, since I just had dinner... And supposedly the end of the world is tomorrow, anyone want to have a duel near 11:55 EST and duel our way into a crumbling world or just say we dueled at the end of the world?

The leader of (Dragon) came on down to give me a good synopsis and comparison between high ping and low ping, it was fun games but eventually when it came to high ping I stood absolutely no chance whatsoever.

As you can see they ranged from inevitably losing to tight games, I learned that with high ping I actually have delayed weapon pickups which hindered practically half of the moments where I saw a insta-kill for my part. Still working on bolstering up that, and hope to have more GV games so I can practice my aim!
