Banned from master server?

When I launch the server browser I get a message in red letters that reads:

Master server for Zandronum: You have been banned from master server.

Not sure why this is. It couldn't be because of misconduct because I got this the first time I tried to play.

Can I have some help please?

You're probably just caught in a range ban. Speak to staff and they'll be more than happy to help you out.
