[SPRITES] Need help crediting sprites

I would like to know who made these sprites so i can put their names in the credit txt

Note: I know where some of these come from (like 5, 30, 37, 63, 62) but when i looked into the wads no credits were given...

I believe the number 12 can be found on Realm667 ( credits are there ) - the name is "Hell Paladin"

7 is Combine_Kegan's Artifacer, the player from the Combined Arms mod. Probably shouldn't use that.

20 is just a recolored Wolf3d mutant.

21 is from RBCSkins, can't find the artist.

33 is by Woolie Wool and Xim from Agent Hernandez. They have stated that they don't want it used either.

38 is a skin by Ruin and Striker.

39 is the XXLFragger skin.

42 is a skin by Mike12.

66 is originally from Zen Dynamics I believe.
