Just happened on #fnfstaff --
[2013-09-28 07:47:21] =-= Mode #fnfstaff -s by mancubus.zandronum.com
[2013-09-28 07:47:21] =-= Mode #fnfstaff -p by mancubus.zandronum.com
[2013-09-28 07:47:21] =-= Mode #fnfstaff +ps by ChanServ
ad infinitum. The logfile quickly grew to over 1MB in size.

Same here, though it just happened three times. The hell?
Shared keys will now be in Zandro! Thanks devs for their work, and users for the support!

Well, not only that, but the server seems to constantly reset itself for some reason.

EDIT: Apparently, it keeps getting this:

Code: Select all

[17:29] zandronum.com Exiting with status 15 (Received SIGTERM)

I know it did cause my IRC client (Chatzilla) to become extremely laggy, or not even function (it refused to let me join some channels during it, as well as it would refuse to let me close the channel it was occurring in).

Sorry about this guys. To clarify what happened - a brief infinite loop has made its way into channels which had both +p and +s set, during progress on fixing an issue with the two modes stacked together. They aren't supposed to be. The consequences of them stacked are that even though +s is set, the channel would leak info on certain events as if only +p was set. The difference can be seen here.

On the bright side, I've fixed the said issue (thx Affliction for finding it).
