You think you know how to DM? Throw all that out the window! This is an entirely new can of worms with entirely new rules.
Ancient Magic is an old and almost-forgotten Skulltag DM mod by UnholyPimpin which never got past early alpha--though incredibly unpolished and very wonky, there's a solid concept here and some very promising twists that completely change the way DM works. Thanks to a day of tweaks and fixes, a lot of the bigger problems have been completely removed and a few new things have been added--combined with the tried-and-true All Fear the Sentinel DM mapset, this is going to be Shenanigans indeed.
Two types of ammo, weapons that defy stereotypical FPS weapon behavior, regenerating health, armor/health rewards for killing enemies, flight, insanely powerful magic that require fast reflexes and quick dodges, and a Soul Cube that comes alive once you kill four people...

Remember to come in with an open mind; this isn't serious, nor is it hardcore, professional, or anything of the sort.
Let's have some stupid fun with something unorthodox!
