List of 1st/2nd/3rd place for each division

Is it possible for someone to assemble a list of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place players for each division? I have a hall of fame thing I'd like to try out in 1.5 - 2 weeks for an upcoming thing and it'd be nice to draw attention to the completion of this successful league. I don't know how third place is determined, but if anyone could get me a list of the names and division that would be greatly appreciated.

In every division's "Finals" thread also included is the 3rd place bracket results.
Feel free to show us your proposed design (most likely Dragon since as of late, I am not very active as you probably noticed)
We've been thinking about doing it right after the tourney ended, but since we overlooked it/didnt have a good layout for it it eventually didn't happen...
I don't really see the importance of doing it almost 2 months after it ended, lol, but whatever goes!
