I like the idea of permanent moderation preview, it's fantastic, you have to post the way I want to or be banned anyways. It's great, and the best part is it doesn't have to be used widespread, only on notoriously poor posters.

It's either that or be banned, take your pick skulltag animals

The forums would get too pleasant if that was a ban-worthy reason, we're not ready for such a massive improvement yet!!

But on a more serious note, I don't really care about people getting unbanned if they have gotten a grasp of following the forum rules since they were banned. Besides, they could always get banned again if it is the case that they haven't.
