Old or obscure websites?

I was lurking about the vast WWW when I cam across a Doom website
http://www.doom2.net/
It seems to stay updated but this website has obviously been around for a while. I got about to reading it and looking at the old pictures populating the site.

These kind of websites are very interesting to me and have always peaked my interest because of the retro charm of early internet days some of these websites have. So do you have any old or obscure websites you have come across or bookmarked? (They don't have to be Doom related)

I don't really think that site is obscure I saw people link it in IRC multiple times before. Although most commonly known as BFG-explained the site :P.
