1) this question doesn't really make sense. making a moral precedent? regarding what and whom. and how does deterministic thinking apply to morality?

Determinism is a metaphysical philosophical position stating that for everything that happens there are conditions such that, given those conditions, nothing else could happen.

using this definition, I cannot see a correlation between determinism and morality
2) the events in a persons life do usually determine a logical conclusion which may or may not be evil/immoral but humans have the power to use rationale other than logic. with this line of thought I would hazard a guess to say that we do have free will, but more often than not, humans listen to logic rather than random acts of chaos
