Can't access bugtracker account

Everytime I try to login to my bugtracker account from a different connection besides my usual home connection, I get this: "Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect." It could be the "secure IP session" checkbox. Could anyone help with that?

This is strange, try submitting it to the bug tracker.

I'm kidding, have you tried resetting your password or even making a new account and see if it has the same problem? If it does, then it could be an IP issue.

I didn't find anything in your user account named Ivan on the tracker management console that I could change to affect this behavior. Please contact Blzut3 about the issue, possibly it has to do with the unified login system for forum and tracker.

Can you logout somehow, maybe from your home connection, so that you can re-login with that box unchecked?

Actually, it says "Only allow your session to be used from this IP address," which I thought meant only the specific cookie for that session. Does it help to delete cookies and re-login?

Nope, away from home connection.

Deleted cookies, still no go.

Maybe you use your forum password instead of tracker password... Not accusing you of being dumb, but silly mistakes happen, that's why people in helpdesk ask EVERYONE to turn it off and on again :)

I managed to solve the issue with the help of Blzut3. Changed the password and it worked.
