The creepy stuff is too loud, overwhelming the music. Other than that, it is awesome.

Hey Ransu ! Do you Still have the 2011 version of your music packs for Ultimate DOOM / DOOM II ? ... recently I've seen a Let's Play on YouTube where someone was using Risen3D , playing Ultimate DOOM and using your soundtracks ... and it was from 2011 the reason for why i want these is because they sound even better then what i had before updating to the anniversary pack ... they had exactly what i was looking for ... tracks like E1M1 , E1M4 , E1M9 , E2M1 & E3M1 had some kick ass guitars and tracks like E1M2 , E1M3 , E1M6 , E1M7 , E1M8 , E2M2 , E2M4 & E2M6 had some nice and really well balanced special effects ... it's exaxtly what I've been looking for ... if you still have these versions somewhere please for the love of DOOM And for everything that is awesome in this world can you please send me a link or add them as an alternate version or something ? Please ?! (for Ultimate DOOM / DOOM II) , Not to mention you can cancel my request since now that i've heard how your 2011 versions sound like ... well ... it's exactly what i asked for so ... please ?!

I haven't downloaded this and checked it out myself, but it's from a few years ago so it might be what you're looking for: http://www.mediafire.com/download/jak59 ... c+2011.zip

EDIT: Found some other ones and will be adding the links to a spoiler in the first post.

EDIT 2: Had some trouble with the spoiler, but everything is good now. Got 2011, 2012, and v4 links in there now.

The 2011 Version was what I've been looking for almost a month now xD however i'm a bit of a professional music person ... so I've Downloaded all 3 versions for ultimate doom and i picked the best songs from each version ... most of the 2011 tracks whore allright but sometimes i replaced them with one of the other versions ... o good example is E1M6 where you've got some nice special effects however there was something missing so i changed it with the one from v4 ... so i made a custom playlist with what i liked about each version ... as for DOOM II both versions whore almost the same with just a few changes here and there ... again most of my playlist is from 2011 as to me they sound a bit better ... but maybe that's just me ...
Thank you so much for these ! ... now i have exactly what i wanted for a long time ... so now if you want you can cancel my' litle request ... cause ... well ... i've already got that :D ... as for TNT ... well ... to begin with ... I don't realy play it that much and to end with Lorcan has an awesome music pack so ...

Anyway ... Thanks so much for the older versions ... see ya :D

I registered to say I really like the alternate music teaser you've made for E2M2. It's very different, dark and ethereal. Nice job.

Thanks, though I'm not sure if I'll still work on more of those. I actually have been working on Strife's music lately and I meant to have that released sooner, but I haven't been feeling well. I will try to have it out by tomorrow, though. In the meantime, here's a little something from it: http://puu.sh/98gqi/7bee24b49c.ogg

Strife's music is now released. Check the Strife spoiler in the first post for the links to download it in MP3 or OGG format plus a WAD file.

Is it possible to download all of the music as one .zip file?

I am jack's sense of disappointment :-) In a world where most doom music packs are samey (metal vol 1-999) this dark music was a real standout! Though, you're very talented. People will surely enjoy what you've made for strife!

That will take time to do since I'd have to download everything myself then zip them and upload them again. I originally kept the files on an external hard drive, but it stopped working a while back so I lost them.

Well, it just takes more time to work on, but I could work on it here and there over time. Here, have another one: http://www.mediafire.com/listen/1ktae6y ... messag.mp3

EDIT: Mediafire may make the audio quality sound worse so try downloading and listening to it if it sounds weird.

After seeing the teaser trailer for Doom 4, it made me want to go make an alternate version of Doom II's MAP10 music, The Demon is Dead. Here it is: http://www.mediafire.com/listen/pepne1d ... d_dead.mp3

Version 2 of Chex Quest's music is now released. I was working on it here and there for quite a while, but I worked on finishing it during the past few days after I got a ton of new samples to use, some of which cost money. Check out the Chex Quest 3 spoiler in the first post for the download links. Also, here's a preview of Rise of the Triad which uses those new samples as well: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15064401/

I meant to post this here sooner, but I worked on an update for Strife's music for the Steam version of the game. There are new instrument samples used in it. Links have been added to the Strife spoiler in the first post and you can also check out the discussion on the Steam forum: http://steamcommunity.com/app/317040/di ... 030936029/

Hi Ransu, Thank-you so much for your awesome work! Your music sets are fantastic, while being true to the originals.

You clearly have some great sample sets to work with, but I was wondering if you knew about Don Allen's soundfont Timbres of Heaven 3.1. Which I think is one of the best sf2 files out there right now.

Thanks! It's always good to add more to my collection. I've been working on various different things for a while including Hexen II's music which I hope to have done eventually. I know that the game has CD music for it, but I'm working on tracks that will sound a little different and maybe even better in some ways.

The final version of Hexen's music is now available for download. Just about everything has been redone with many new samples including some retail ones. Also included in the text file within the archive is my interview I did with Kevin Schilder more than a year ago. The first post has been updated with the download links and here's a little preview: http://puu.sh/j3ea3/d59d5108ba.ogg
