[WIP] [QZAND] Alphatius 2 - A PvP-focused Arena FPS

Alphatius 2 is a PvP Arena FPS made for Q-Zandronum. It aims to modernize the classic "boomer shooter" genre with its own twists, while staying true to its roots.
- 7 Weapons with unique alternate fire modes and 32 weapon modifiers to change functionality.
- 5 Travel abilities for movement and evasion, 6 Action abilities for combat support (e.g., decoys, healing zones, lasers).
- 7 Passive abilities that support different playstyles.
- A custom loadout system that lets players choose starting weapons and abilities.
- 20 maps: 14 deathmatch, 6 duel.
- Unique ammo system where weapon energy recharges after a short delay.
- 4 special pickups enhancing new mechanics.
- Tutorial and Firing Range to help new players learn weapons and abilities.
