Here is a quick LMS mod I made as a port of a super secret mspd addon to normal graphics. It has hexen and heretic weapons with improved behavior, and the weapons behave similar to doom for a smooth transition. There are melee weapons and no hitscans now. The wad is designed for (T)LMS, but should work in every gamemode on almost any mapset and also in Heretic+Hexen (strife kind of). There are only a few cvars to change LMS gameplay, the normal lms_* hardcoded ones and a list below. 4-way team games are supported, with buckshot and instagib having colored weapons. Credits are in the pk3.
