This is a pretty cool mod, CoD zombies and everything! My only suggestion for this mod is it could use a bit more flair. Can you make it compatible with KD ZDoom Resource Pack, or Cosmetic Doom and the like? :biggrin:

You could also do this yourself, these wads change textures right? Or gameplay as well?
I could give you a couple tips if you aren't familiar with modding.

Yeah, I could use some help with modding. One time I tried editing Doom Zombies 2 in SLADE (altering some of the messages), and this resulted in no music in the levels.

EDIT: I just realized the lack of music might have been due to forgetting to load a separate music file as well.

I'm actually part of that mod team lol, and for messages there's a file called language that defines all the text, whether it be weapon names or dialogue. To have your own textures in a mod, you would either have to change the PATCH file, or go into a level builder, select your resources as one of the resources, and retexture by hand. The former just requires you to basically import your textures into the existing texture file, for example, if I were to replace WALTEX1.png I would right click and choose import, then it will bring up an explorer window, which is when you choose the desired texture from your computer. Also to extract the textures you can select them all, right click, and simply choose export, which will also bring you to an explorer window in which you save the graphics to a desired location, DO NOT change the name, it has to be "ignored" to save the graphics properly. And here it is. The last update to this has arrived. With the final map, use the new OHM Directed Energy LMG, fight off the resurrection of the Panzer Soldat, a new Exo-Ability: Exo-Damage, and finish the story with a boss battle that won't be easy.

I have never encountered this error when I play on the test map. You should always be able to move when loading in on any map.

It's not over

There is one more story update I want to make for you all. I can agree that the easter eggs were hard to understand, but I have inserted a large wall of text as a spoiler on the first post to understand the story.

Getting into the upcoming update, this update will be called EndGame

The EndGame Update will feature:

- The return of the Pack A Punch
- New Weapons
- New Maps
- New Zombie Variants
- New PowerUps
- And More!

I can promise that this update will be available in late July. There will be a ton of bug fixes and improvements to everything.

Thank you so much for pouring yourself into this project, as someone who also suffers from depression, it is nice to see someone else using it to fuel something beautiful. The final boss is hard as hell, but then again,depression isn't easy to defeat. The mod is fun as hell, I'll find myself playing this more than CoD zombies and DOOM at times. You've done a good job, and each release just gets better and better.

Can't wait for the update, maybe sometime we can get a server going like we used to.

Other Weapons coming soon

Update on how the upgraded weapons work in this mod:

Upgrading is will be possible as normal, but you won't be able to cycle through attachments (Red Dot Sight to ACOG Sight to Upgraded Barrel etc...). Instead, upgraded weapons will have all the attachments, but optical sights will be on upgraded weapons that works the best. For example, the Pytaek LMG with ACOG Sight.

Summarizing, upgraded weapons will have the following features:
  1. Increased Damage
  2. Increased Ammo
  3. Upgraded Barrel (Lower Bullet Spread)
  4. Smooth Pump (Faster Pump Time) (Tac-19 Only)
  5. Rapid Fire (Certain Weapons)
  6. Optical Sight

The Pack A Punch will function just like the previous Project 115. The only thing that will be different for upgraded weapons is their optical sights. Some weapons will have either a Red Dot Sight, ACOG, or just Iron Sights.

I believe that's what you're asking here?
