Extra Stash Tab is missing after winning a level...

I actually buy the upgrade two times, so i have 3 stash page..
But, after a few levels, my stash back into one..

Phantsmal Orb is not working properly too, many of my weapon that have written status can hit ghost, but only 1 or 2 weapon can hit "Phantasmal"..

I hope it will be fixed and updated soon..

I think the extra tabs have been fixed. Are you playing at 2.5c?
Phantasmal only takes occult damage unless there is a way to ignore resistance.
