If you spawn a projectile with custom spawning, it think it will move. But i don't think it will aim for a target. However this is a good idea to spawn them by command. 'Cause then i might be able to make it aim for the players' target.

The last digit is a toggle for the monster to either be on your side(1) or your enemy's side(0). Also you are missing some rune's in the power-up menu. Like say, drain rune.
Too many arguments, an ACS script cannot have more than three arguments.

But i will add the friendly thing. But instead in like 'puke 878 4'. :wink:

Hi MCFreak, i think i know how to fix the message bug. But i am not really sure about the give all weapon thing. I'll check it out soon.

And btw, please write new posts instead of editing the old one's, since i usually only look at the number of replies... So if the replies haven't increased since last time, i don't care about checking it out.

Grate job on the v10, and nice new alias commands for the healing and stuff! But, the linetarget needs a fixing. Monster name doesn't show up, but the health does so yay!
What also bugs me is the custom spawning can't be a little more easier :(
( i die every time i try something custom )

In the current version of Zandronum you're unfortunately not able to get a monster's name via ACS. :/

Well i will probably make you invincible when you're in the custom spawning mode.

It also doesn't exist in the ZDoom wiki's page "GetActorProperty"... So apparently you cannot get it, only check or set it.

Hey Vincent, are you still alive? Because i have some bugs to report. The flying problem in v10 came up again ^^'
Also, sometimes spawnfriend doesn't work. As in, the friend becomes your enemy(Not sure if this is due to a mod i was testing because a certain playerclass had a -FRIENDLY flag). On a related note to the (), Even if the player respawns with another class, the friend will still hunt it. Do you mind having a look see into these two problems? Thanks in advance!

Zandronum's ACS interpreter will return 0 for APROP_NameTag, since it doesn't recognize that as an actor property. String 0 is probably "Chainsaw", hence why you're seeing that.

What I did in a similar mod (that was known to the server only) to get target actor name was using the return value of a script that did SetActivatorToTarget(0); SetResultValue(StrParam(n:0)).

Update on the spawnfriend problem: It turns out that the friend part is team based, so there's one red team, one blue team, one friend team and one enemy team so it would be like a 4 team (6 if you include green and gold) deathmatch.
So yeah, the problem will only encounter if you have teams and such.

Yeah never mind, it's smth with deathmatch (FFA) that's the problem.
Not team based or shit. Help?

Also, you can delete the linetargetmp thingy, because of this:

So yeah, linetarget works properly online now! Thanks anyway for your assistance in the time being.

Well yeah, there is a problem with the spawnfriend on a deathmatch situation. As in, he also fights you too because fuck, monster enemy and friend teams ftw XD

And on a related note to the linetarget, just keep it in the admin scripts, forget what i said about that XD

And the flight command, remember the problem that happened in v9? Yeah, it's repeating itself. And no, editing is impossibru because no one can decode your scripts, frankley i am suprised you got your computer hacked back then. XD

I am aware of what you mean, yes, but to me there doesn't seem to be any bug to me. Also there shouldn't be due to the logic in the code. Strange...

I mostly meant editing the other files in the wad. Though if I release another version, I will probably include the ACS source too.

The encryption is, I believe, made by ACC when putting #EncryptStrings on top of your script. Though I could have encrypted it myself, but then Zandronum wouldn't be able to read it.
