Samsara.
So far there's DooMGuy, Fred Chexter, Corvus, Parias (Cleric), BJ Blazkowicz, and most recently, Duke Nukem. The SEVEN7H hero has yet to be revealed. All implemented as closely to their originals as possible, while maintaining a balance between the classes.

Sort of like Samsara. It has like, 20+ characters (only not as faithful to the originals as Samsara is), and a ton of random monster replacements.
I'm not too big on this. Personally, I'm most interested in the presence of the Marathon Marine. (Sure hope they fix his player sprites)

I have seen Samsara and it's features, but has anyone done conjoined MOD of that magnitude of what I posted earlier? And if not, that would be a good idea.

Here's a suggestion: perhaps someone can make (better) 3d models for the Doom IWADs and if possible, Heretic/Hexen. I am using older model packs each called DS-Models.pk3 and ST-Models-Complete.pk3, both of which I download from skulltag before it went kaput and I am hoping one of the makers of these model packs will repost on these forums. In the mean time, review & critique as needed.

SHARED KEYS.
It was in vanilla coop... also everyone know the frustration of seeking keys in cleared places on abandoned coop servers, or when something went wrong and you had to restart client. Best would be having it as a flag...

Except, I want to have ONLY keys shared... (And, as a flag :( ) This mod can be changed so it would only share keys, but this is beyond my capabilities.

Somebody should make a mappack of the classic Quake 2 maps for Zandronum.
Try to remake the first 1-2 maps of Quake 2 into doom. :)

That shouldn't be too difficult, they are good maps as well.

Some time ago I was making Unreal Tournament's Deck16 in UDMF format. I lost motivation cause even if it can be done, it's a hell of a clusterfuck to build such a map.

I want to see someone try to port the gun from Gunstar Heroes into Doom, mostly because I wanted to make a project using only that weapon. I tried to do it myself but I am abysmal at coding anything. I ripped all the projectile sprites in case anyone wants to try making it.

Pokemon Doom/Zandromon - Rather than just running through the Pokemon world shooting Pokemon, make a mod where the player can train and capture standard/fanmade Doom monsters and make them fight for him like in Pokemon.

Has any one thought about making a Metal Slug mod?
I just think a first person Metal Slug mod would be great especially if you can program it to where it yells out what you pick up like it does in the games. I think it'd also be cool if you could make skins for the characters like Marco and Tarma, as well as Fio and Eri.
It just kinda came to me after playing MM8BDM.
