Hi there, after played and finished all invasions I wanted a new history, so I tried to do my own mode.

This mode is the opposite of the bacis doom gameplay, here you are a demon, and you fight against the forces of the UAC.

No ammo, health, powerups or runes are needed !
Only hades points the power that you'll to become the beast of your choice, to get this power you'll need to kill the UAC's forces (or complete an entire wave in invasion).

Actually I'm not looking for mappers because I'm remaking all invasion maps, after that you'll help on this project will be the welcome.
Spoiler: Game Options (Open)
- bi_modeskill : between 0~2 to force the mode's skill at medium/hard/very hard.
- bi_norandom : if set to 1 remove the skill randomizer.
- bi_nomoremech : if set to 1 remove the big amount of mech in hard or every hard.
- bi_taskforce : if set to 1 the uac task force will always be the main foe.
- bi_foeslimit : between 1~1000 to set the limit of monsters when the script won't allow very hard or hard mode; the default value is 450.
- bi_mechonly : if set to 1 replace all marines by mech.
- bi_noheroes : if set to 1 remove the chance of a hero spawn.
- After editing the options you'll have to restart the level.

You're aiming for big things for your first time, you should shrink the size of both content and aim of your project.

It's great that you credited everybody this time. However, you should learn how to make great maps with great gameplay that will stand on their own instead of starting off with TONS of R667 monsters/weapons.

It's great that you credited everybody this time. However, you should learn how to make great maps with great gameplay that will stand on their own instead of starting off with TONS of R667 monsters/weapons.
No no no, not another futurwar, just another invasion mod, futur war wasn't only a simple invasion mod, there were so many options with the basic gameplay, this time I'm not doing the same thing.

Its just the little part of the mod, the major part will be based on the beast mod.

Thanks for the feedbacks Ivan and Aenima, now the entire wad is based on the Beast Mod.
I'll don't try to do something too big like Futur War this time.

Now I sound like a complete dick, but I will say it anyway and take my warning as a champ: (probably not gonna happen)
I did not enjoy playing this, for several reasons:
1. I hate to look out the entire map to find this one enemy that werren't killed before the next wave can start.
2. Your damage is so low you feel weak, even if you play as cyberdemon, and you do not feel more powerful by playing the later classes.
3. the balance is a total mess, why can you shoot a shitload of projectiles at an enemy and it survives, but fireing a hades thingy kills it oneshot, making the primary attack useless. (same class, so you don't ask)

these points made me RQ, these 3 points were so annoying I felt lame playing it and looked over my shoulder, afraid he was keeping in his laughter at me for playing something that bad.
Do as Ivan and Aenima told you, they know what they are talking about.

So you are one of the only men that got this problem, because when I looked players as spect they weren't lost like you. :hmm:

So tell me, you want all monster that one shoot everybody ? Tell me.
What's the goal of making 50 classes if they are all powerful.

Because the "Hades thingy" is more poweful than the "shitload", did you never fight against an Hades Elemental ? Telling that the entire balance is a mess because of one class is just stupid.

And for what you feel, not my problem, I just need feedbacks to make this better, if you didn't like it just don't play it and give me argue, real argue not that shit above please.

How the monster was balanced isn't always the best indicator to what works in player hands.

For evidence, see the Bruiser Demon powerup from Stronghold. There's literally no reason to not use the bruiser spikes, as fireballs too weak to serious damage.

You need to load skulltag_actors.pk3 and skulltag_data.pk3 FIRST, then load Beast Incarnation after those.

I'm sorry for that, TownInfection isn't the wad where I found this song, and I didn't know that songs should be credited too. :hmm:

So I played this quickly.

This is actually quite fun, despite all of the signs that it could've gone badly.

So with that aside, I wanted to say a few words.

The first couple of waves of any given level are pretty exciting - but the later waves I feel fail to provide enough firepower to put a dent in the demon army. Whereas we have BFG-tier weapons by wave 5+ or so (maybe a bit later), the monsters never really get to that level, and continue to be slaughtered en masse. Plus all of the allied demons get in the way of marine fire, and the marines don't really have the firepower to keep up. The bosses are also pretty lame, compared to the monsters we control.

Yes, I saw it on the server, when we have more than 6 players in game, the waves become too easy, so I'll make a new script that make waves harder if there are more than 6 players, and even more harder if there are more than 12 players, and that in all maps, and the health of all mini-boss ( paladin, protoype, leader, super spider ) will be raised.
