Samsara Announcer

This is an Unreal Tournament-esque announcer, inspired by the Evil voice. Lots of bass and reverb, a little on the relaxed side.
Contrary to the name, is not only for Samsara--friend just wanted to put it on his resume of things he VA'd for and I couldn't think of another name for it.

This sounds really good, I would even consider this making Zandronums official announcer. (100x better than what we currently use)

So, one common criticism was that it had too much bass and not enough volume.
The bass in all sound clips has been reduced by 5-8 decibels, and the volume of each has been increased by 5-8 decibels. There's a few sounds where it gets a little crackly, but for the most part I think it's an improvement.
It took me only two months to do this! Whoops. Sorry.

Yeah I like it a lot.
And it's a good thing you toned down the bass because it was at kinda ridiculous levels before. :S

It does sound good, but I think I'll stick with 97D's announcer. I like an announcer to be very intimidating.
