Yes, I have chat coming out of the Center Top of the Screen, much where your mod's text resides.. Perhaps move it to where the ZandroSpree Messages appear.. Usually that's like almost top Center of the screen.
Also every now and then, the text at the Bottom Right, where it says 0 out of 10 on Red Team Frozen.. The Text will end up being very big, but only for a second or two.

Fixed some serious bugs, no longer will the exit break the game if sv_noexit is on.
Added a CVAR: FT_FRTIME that determines in seconds how long you stay frozen for when shot, 0 means you are frozen forever and is the default.
Added some on screen info, including who got frozen and thawed, and the amount of people on each team frozen.
Added rails to the guns:

New update, look for it on Best. Ever. Servers (version b9 as of this post):
Created new frozen player sprites.
Replaced the rail shots back to hitscans again due to some complaints (still fires a rail that does no damage, for eye candy purposes), removed 3 tic delay between trigger and shot so shots are now effectively instant.
Fixed various bugs and improved the efficiency of the scripts.

First off I must say I registered on the Forum just to make this post. I am normally a lurker on Forums but I had to register to post about this. I have been wanting to make this mod since like 2004-2005. But I lack the ACS know how to code it. It makes me so god damn happy to see that someone is making this mod. I've always loved FreezeTag for Quake 3 and it makes me so happy to see it coming to Doom! This made my day..

We should playtest Tomorrow, or today since it's almost midnight for me. I've been kinda around but not really lately but I'd like to test out the changes.

I know what you were all thinking last week: "proximity based thawing was slow as FUCK". Well, the latest release now lets you thaw people faster as you get closer.
Also apparently bob doesn't like the saw, so there is now a Cvar known as FT_NOSAW, which you can set to disable the Thawsaw and use proximity based thawing only.
