Put this wad on a skulltag gamemode server and it will do the following things to score pillars:
- Color the marble base according to what team can score there.
Red has a red marble base

If both teams can score there, then it has a green marble base.
- Color the claw based on how many points that score pillar will give.
1 point:
Gray claw
2 points:
White claw
3 points:
Golden claw
4 points or more:
Emerald claw

Now if only someone made a full 8-rotation set for those pillars.
Also maybe it would be better like Bronze > Silver > Gold instead of Grey > White > Gold (not that Bronze fits in the pallete well)

I think doom with its silly palette would make the gold and the bronze (that would most likely become some orange or brown) look too similar compared to these colors contrasting heavily.

Yes, but software users would then be at a disadvantage because they wouldn't be able to see colors that are outside of the Doom palette.

These are converted to the doom palette to make sure that they don't look bad for software users. (I should clean up that brown on the red marble if I update this tho)

Updated with a new version that has 4 pointers and better sprites.
