Haha that's cool! I like it.

Now you just need dramatic gothic lighting.

Yeah, I'm gonna try and aim for the quality and detail of the Gothic99 wad.

Also, may I ask you where you get your tree models?
Thanks! Yeah I thought they turned out pretty good, especially with the glowing effects. Most of the models I made myself, for the trees in that screenshot I started with this program http://www.frecle.net/index.php?show=treed.about , then adjusted them manually as I saw fit.
Cruduxy wrote: Looks like halo with lightning settings on low.. btw wtf is that even in zandronum! nice work!
That is the point  haha. I tried to make that city level very gritty and downbeat with the sparse lighting. Yep, sure is. It really is a nice flexible engine to work with.

Based on what I saw with those screenshots zetsui, I REALLY want to try this more and more! Is there an ETA to another beta?

Its a bit hard to say, once I have everything nice and organized, and my new halo assassination system and flood conversion system fully working, I could probably release a couple new levels to get some feedback on. I'm also excited to get peoples opinions on the newer weapon models!

Another pic from GothicJudas23, I'll revert the weapons to duel standard before I finish.

Those look amazing, Ænima. Could you explain a bit about how you built the terrain?

All by hand, using lots of triangles and rectangles. And line special 181, of course.

Those mechs remind me of Strife.
What are they from anyway?

Random Doom 1 level pack. Thinking of two episodes, first UAC base themed (Original Doom1's E1 and E2) And the second placed in Hell.

The levels are still under hard development, some of the maps are still unfinished, and they only reach to E1M7. So theres still loads of work to do until it's out.
