A (fully vanilla Doom-compatible) Heretic + Hexen crossover project, putting lots of weapons and monsters from those games (and some customs) into Doom. Some creative liberties were taken due to limitations. Fully compatible with Doom 1 as well! Making use of Fraggle's limited palette hack means the mod is compatible with Back to Saturn X and Sunlust. Technically D2TWID as well, but it's secret maps will break due to the dehackery in place here.
You play as Baratus, the fighter class from Hexen. This time he's a little more willing to use ranged weapons and more magic, though! And he'll need it because a lot of the enemies are especially nasty here.

Spoiler: Weapons (Open)
Gauntlet (over the Fist):
Hits twice as hard. Not much else to say!
Gauntlets of the Necromancer (over the Chainsaw):
Pretty much the same as in Heretic, very helpful for stunlocking smaller enemies.
Sapphire Wand (over the Pistol):
This wand fires two perfectly accurate hitscan shots at once, making it a fairly reliable long distance weapon no matter how far you're into the game. Uses energy orbs.
Jade Wand and Ruby Wand (over the Shotgun and SSG):
Basically just a reskin of both weapons. Both use blue mana.
Blaster (over the Chaingun):
Very similar to the base chaingun, but it can't snipe anymore. Uses energy orbs.
Hammer of Retribution (over the Rocket Launcher):
A pretty painful magic flaming hammer. Uses red mana.
Phoenix Rod (over the Plasma Rifle):
An extremely fast and damaging barrage of firey death! It has shorter range than the plasma rifle, however. Uses flame orbs.
Fire Spell (over the BFG 9000):
The screen wiper. Shoot it on a crowd of enemies and you'll instantly ignite them all, no projectile needed. The flames both hurt really bad and and damage everything in a radius around them, so don't get too close. Uses 60 flames per shot.
Spoiler: Monsters (Open)
Golem (over the Zombieman):
Poor guy lost his ranged attack, but he can still punch you pretty good so don't get too comfortable.
Nitrogolem (over the Shotgunner):
The meaner version of the Golem, with a simple projectile attack.
Afrit (over the Imp):
Fires a volley of three projectiles, which hurt less than the Nitrogolem's single projectile individually, but cause a world of pain if all connect. As if that wasn't enough, it flies, too. Good thing it can't charge at you unlike it's red gargoyle cousin!
Ettin (over the Demon):
Not much changed, except this time it's a mace beating you up instead of a nasty set of teeth.
Evil Mage (over the Chaingunner):
Pretty much the same as well, I'm sure magic doesn't feel much better than bullets. Has the honor of being the only hitscanner and no less annoying than before.
Iron Lich (over the Cacodemon):
Not as absolutely terrifying as in Heretic, but they can and will fling you about with whirlwinds! Deals fixed damage, so while they won't take half your health in one hit, they'll always hurt about as bad!
Gargoyle (over the Lost Soul):
Like the Afrit, but this time instead of throwing flying skulls as projectiles, it IS the projectile.
Reiver (over the Pain Elemental):
An undead flying torso, the good news is that he doesn't throw horribly painful projectiles. The bad news is that the replacement is swarming you with gargoyles. You also can't just stand in front of it to stop that if you don't want to get beat up by it.
Centaur (over the Hell Knight):
If having a good bunch of health wasn't bad enough, it has a shield, too. Worse even, he can still move a bit and decide to attack while using it, making him quite the formidable foe.
Slaughtaur (over the Baron of Hell):
Wearing red armor unlike it's weaker minions' silver, with twice the health and two projectiles at once, it's twice the bad news.
Undead Warrior (over the Revenant):
Heretic's version of the Revenant is... not much different really, but it throws two bloody axes each time.
Wendigo (over the Mancubus):
A big ice guy that shoots a wave of 3 ice projectiles, with the middle one hurting the most. He melts on death so at least that's kinda funny.
Ophidian (over the Arachnotron):
Snakes armed with a pretty powerful trident, launching a volley of three flaming skulls followed by a much worse projectile. Their lower painchance can make that much worse to deal with as well!
Dark Bishop (over the Archvile):
Teleports all over the place while throwing projectiles at you, and summons two clones as well. You can stop the clones by shooting at them, but they'll reappear each teleport so deal with him quickly. Oh and he still resurrects enemies, so have fun with that.
Maulotaur (over the Cyberdemon):
Besides throwing a volley of explosives, he can also charge at you if you get him mad enough, meaning he closes the distance frighteningly quickly.
Korax (over the Spider Mastermind):
Not one, not two, but three whole attacks. First is the "basic" single projectile, followed by a wave of FIVE ice projectiles. He can summon a pair of bishops just like the archvile, but also a bunch of homing axes if you get him angry.
