Users of timidity addiction would have been deranged by the release of zandronum 3.1 64bit. This is because zandronum 3.1 64bit crashes when calling 32bit timidity.
Well, I have prepared 64bit timidity for such users.

･ Optimized for each architecture (Don't expect as much as ICC or AOCC as it is an optimization of MSVC)
･ Optimization with AVX2 (64bit intel and amd)

Updated 41.6.2 to 41.7.0 and fixed patch.
