Timidity for Zandronum new version is here

Users of timidity syndrome would have been deranged by the release of zandronum 3.1 64bit. This is because zandronum 3.1 64bit crashes when calling 32bit timidity.
Well, I have prepared 64bit timidity for such users.

･ Based Timidity++ 41 version
･ Optimized for each architecture (Don't expect as much as ICC or AOCC as it is an optimization of MSVC)
･ Optimization with AVX2 (64bit)
･ Undocumented optimization /d2archSSE42 (atom and 32bit)
･ Support for 64-bit zandronum as a matter of course
