It needs a bit of blast damage too, I think.

EDIT:
I am currently making a weapon, which is an M1 Garand, which is a possible replacement the M1 Carbine.
Differences:
-Unable to reload, only reloads when clip is empty
-Ability to use the iron sights, making the gun more accurate
-A bit faster rate of fire, but slightly lowered damage
-And of course, different graphics and sounds (With the infamous "ping" sound when the spent clip is ejected)

Hate it or love it?

Please fix the errors with the M1 and some graphic errors, such as map 02.

Hello. I have been playing WDI and recently noticed a bug, which only happened after a murderer is picked up AFTER another murderer who spectates / leaves the game.

The bug consist in that the Murderknife does not give the extra speed it's supposed to give at all. The little push when stabbing still works. Also, when you get chosen as murderer, there appears no "AND IT'S YOU!!!" message, neither the sound warning that you have been chosen.

You mean an "awesome" murd that teams up with his friend, thus breaking the rules? Hell no, we don't need to put up with that shit!

The sprite is awesome! I like it a lot. However, I like the normal M1 too. How about we keep both versions and:
1)we add random spawners in M1 maps, that sometimes spawn one and sometimes the other;

O
R

2)we keep the spawners as they are but add your M1 to some maps. Some maps would have normal, and some yours.

Thanks :) about the sprite, isn't it too big? i mean the gun, compared to the hand. I think not, but others said it is.
About the spawners, I think it should be added to a RandomSpawner which spawns either this or the Carbine.
Or just keep the M1 carbine code and add these sprites. (+ the code for the ping noise)

I don't find it too big. Guns are supposed to feel big and powerful anyway.

Nice quality of the gun (ripped from CoD2?=), I don't like the arm at all: looks like the arm of a kid or mickey mouse. No offense of course, just my straight opinion.

A lot of people like my original M1Carbine, so I don't think its a good idea to replace something that is liked. Maybe we can have a random spawner?

Or just let people do what has always existed and replace it as a skin if they want? I like the work you did in making it and the extra touches/edits Mooseknuckle did are outstanding so there is no way I'm getting rid of those graphics.

No, it's not from COD2. That would be a copyright issue, wouldn't it be?
Btw, i know the arm is messed up, I suck at spriting :P Can you or someone else make a better one? I will send the sprites. Also, the code for the gun is.. well since I suck at DECORATE too I can't make a decent gun. So if I post the sounds and the sprites without the hands here, can someone make it?

Fuck guns, it's mostly about melee weapons now anyways.

I have finished the M1 Garand rifle.
The accuracy and the damage done by the gun is meant to be changed - it would be OP in whodunit. Please download it, try it offline, tell your opinions and don't change ANYTHING but the accuracy and the damage. It can be balanced well with these. I think accuracy should be high only when zoomed in - but it needs slowing down the player which I don't know how to do, and the damage should be low enough not to be a sniper weapon, but high enough to be able to kill the murd in 1 or 1 and a half clip.
Oh yea, the other thing to be modified: the clip capacity. I think it should b 1, currently it's 2. So decide about it.

EDIT:This is just the raw weapon, without any WDI-related stuff.

inb4 lag

I can't even run J3's Slaughter Seminar in software without lagging. I hope it's minimally moderately bright or I'll have to use the M1 fullbright jamming bug to see anything.

Jigsaw: Looks great. A suggestion would be to fix up the sprite (its a bit low quality) and fix the iron sights so that you dont immediately "jump" into them. Other than that, great work!

Zeberpal cool as always :)
