Havent seen any yet, so i'd(software) like one.

nuts.wad has a bunch
Reinforcements: midgame Survival joining/respawning
Doom64: Unabsolved: Doom64 + Diablo II
ZandroSkins: a pack made by our community
AeniPuffs: 3D blood and bullet puff effects, free to use for your own mods
Squad Radio: a WASD-based radio chat menu, add your own custom sounds!

Chillax has a bunch of them and will give you a clip and health bonus to fight them have fun

I do believe that that old wad called Coopbuildlm.wad by Toke had quite a bit of them too, but some maps required coop play to get through the level.
