patch 4.9 for usd3 (released)

this patch was tested on zandronum and works good, also zdoom and gzdoom (with skulltag happen the same), this mod fix some multiplayer bugs from patch 4.8 and is more harder.

increased the shotgun firepower
chaingun hold time is more faster.
fixed the machinegun sound glitch.
fixed the casings for machinegun and chaingun
increased the random spawner:

imp actor could be: doom3 imp, vulgar, zsecs.
demon: pinky, maggot, wraith, cherub, commando tentacle
spectre: pinky spectre, revenant, maggot, wraith, cherub, commando tentacle.
former human: zsec pistol, zsec shotgun
shotgunguy: zsec shotgun, zsec machinegun, commando chaingunner
baron of hell is 75% doom3 hellknight and 25% bruiser
hellknight is 75% bruiser and 25% hellknight
cacodemon: doom3 cacodemon, pain elemental.

Were any of my suggestions I posted at MODDB about 4.8 taken into account at all?
