Fan project with the goal of being an optimized variable experience.

I am not an artist or a map designer, but any voluntary interest is solemnly welcomed.

LttP is one of my favorite games ever. A couple of years ago I was toying around with doing the same thing but with GZDoom only. I got as far as the basics such as pushing, pulling, swimming, running, jumping and basic combat with soldiers. Here's a snippet of basic combat I did before I slightly improved the soldier's alert pathing.

I opted to go with a more authentic top down approach which unfortunately made things a lot harder. I stopped working on it because other things grabbed my attention and I haven't returned to it because other things still have my attention. I'm probably not going to return to it anytime soon because I'm too lazy to learn ZScript at the moment (everything was done with DECORATE and ACS and modifying GZDoom itself).
