Announcement: New EuroFNF start time

As of now, EuroFNF will be starting an hour later than usual, due to real life obligations and general convenience for staff.
North American FNF times will be unchanged, and there is no plan to adjust them.

Nope, now I'll only get to play for up to 2 hours instead of 3 (if I bother playing at all)
