Something that's not (Team) Deathmatch for Euro: probably CTF, maybe
this other 3-way CTF WAD.
American could be pretty much anything except (Team) Possession. Maybe Terminator, Freezetag, or Skulltag.

My recollection is that it wasn't very good. What about putting 3-way CTF on American?
