The FNF team is looking for modding experience!

We're looking for someone with either ACS or Decorate experience to help out with converting some of the lesser known custom gamemodes out there to a zandronum-ready state, and also for assistance in creating new(and often conceptually simple) modes that get tossed around as ideas from time to time in the staff channel.

Any takers?

Not really pertaining your requests, but I've considered starting a FNF specific DM-set, with maps built in favor of ~20 players. There are some heavy issues holding me back such as commitment and catering space to support less than 8 players

I'd volunteer to help, but only if there's like 1 or 2 other guys helping me. I don't want to be the guy that you dump everything on and say "here, make this work in Zandro before Friday, kthx". I'd be more than willing to be part of a team though. :)

@Ænima you just pointed out how I work the best

@Marcaek, I will be at service, but do not expect an answer within an hour or something similar, because I got school going on and I am also preparing to host a contest at a LAN, but I might be able to help after the 26th november.
Also, I would like to know what kinds of gamemodes you think of? Maybe they are simple enough for a single hour of codework or maybe they take months? This is a large factor that determines who you can hail into this project.

I have enough experience for that, but I don't know if I'll be available. I'll invade you guys at IRC if I'm not busy.

That's exactly why I have 2 browsers installed on my android phone. The same thing is happening to me, but after some time the browsers get even slower and slower, so I switch to the other one.

In fact, I even have a third browser that has perfect performance, but it has no flash player and many sites that have just a bit of fanciness don't look the way they should. It also tolerates javascript. Thankfully, the zandronum forums work nicely on that browser. It's called Opera Mini browser. The "Mini" part is very important, since the normal Opera browser is just as slow as the other 2 I have (Firefox and Dolphin).

Well, we need to work out the specifics internally but that shouldn't take long.

Okay, so we already have a couple ideas for modes. There's no real deadline to speak of for any of this, so if you're still interested message me on IRC (or PM, but IRC is better for instant feedback) and we can go over the specifics.
