Zandronum does still support instagib, though a Railgun has to be supplied with a PWAD.

How about 3-4-way TDM or LMS on exec?

TDM on Exec? Oh god, that'll have one hell of a bodycount.

Not so much with (T)LMS, but it might be a bit cramped.
