The main site component will be down for maintenance in preparation of the launch of the new website. Note that downloads and other components of the site such as the forum and wiki will still be available.

That's not something I can answer as my part in all of this has been completed. Blzut will be able to give you a more solid time.

I usually get up at about noon (US eastern time), so about then. If you come in IRC I'll give you the address to the site while it's down.
