Not exactly new. This skin has been around for awhile. It's long since been updated but distributed sparingly. So, here it is. The Tourettes guy skin. Complete with a ton of sounds that I don't care to count at the moment.
Yes, I am aware that it's a bit larger than the typical skin. It was intended for personal use, so I didn't really care if the file was a bit bloated. There's a lot of sounds in there. Credits go to Strikerman780 for putting the sprites together, and myself for nabbing all the sounds/scripting the sndinfo.
