i wanted to make David Tennant skin for Doom but i don't know how >< ... yes he is from Dr.Who hehe he is awesome :3

Well for starters, you need a WAd editor like SLADE3, and then use drawing programs like MSPaint, GIMP, or others, and just make all the frames like for example: The first sprite is PLAYA1 for the idle from the front. and so on, try opening up some more skins in an editor, that's how I learned.

2. In addition to what Suicide Slim said, here's some information to help you make skins.
3. It doesn't have Tennant because it was made a very long time ago, but here's some other Doctor Who skins.
