Tendency Weekly - CTF #1 Information and Sign-ups

Introduction
With the first weekly TDM out of the way, it's time for Doom's premiere team mode to kick off, and that's CTF!
Format
The tournament follows a double elimination system, which means that teams remain active in the tournament until they lose two games.
Teams
The tournament utilizes a snake draft system, where captains pick players out of the free agency pool to fill their teams' rosters. The captain who picks first in the 1st round picks last in the 2nd round, and so on. Teams have 3 spots, so captains must pick two players to fulfill their roster. The captains will be selected by hand out of the players who signed up, to ensure that more skilled, reliable and smart players are given the opportunity to lead their teams, but players who sign up with captain preference will take higher priority. The draft will take place on IRC (@ #ctft), and captains must announce their picks through there.
The amount of teams that will participate in the tournament is directly proportional to the amount of sign-ups and, more importantly, to the amount of players who actually attend to the event. There is no rule against odd amounts, so it is possible to have 5 or 7 participating teams.
Maps
The tournament will utilize idl2014a.wad as the maplist. It contains 32 maps, 5 of which are part of the starter map list (check out the Games section for more details) and 1 of which is banned (MAP14).
Each round has a duration of 6 minutes and a flag limit of 3. Sudden death is enabled. Each game follows a Best of 3 system.
The team that is higher up in the bracket is Team #1, and the lower team is Team #2. Out of the 5 starter maps, Team #1 eliminates one map out of the starter pool, Team #2 eliminates two, and lastly, Team #1 eliminates another map. The last remaining map gets played for the first round and, for subsequent rounds, the losing team picks any of the remaining maps, including other starter maps and non-starter maps. A map may not be played twice in the same set.

Sign-up period: From the time of this post until Saturday, April 18th @ 6:15 PM EDT.
Event date: Saturday, April 11th.
6:15 PM EDT - The draft commences. All participants must make themselves available before then or they will be disqualified.
6:30 PM EDT - The first game starts.
9:30 PM EDT - Tournament ends.
Server
The games will happen in a Best Ever server hosted exclusively for the event.

Rules
- Trading players between two teams is not allowed.
- Trading players between a team and the free agency, on the other hand, is allowed, but can only be done once.
- Stalling is not allowed. Any players/teams caught doing so will automatically lose their game.
- If a team is unable to show themselves when their next game comes up, it will automatically count as a loss for them.
