Yeah map 06 IS extemely easy indeed my bad, I thought that the map had more to it then It actually has. I think that my memory is not doing very well lately....

My final proposal is map 17. As I've mentioned earlier I don't know what level of difficult between "moderately challenging but fun", and "I've been making speedruns for doom for almost 10 years now" you guys are trying to achieve here, so I'm going with moderately challeging.

Maybe if you give me an example of a map you guys already have in mind, then I could suggest something in par with that....

But I still think Deus Vult 2 map 2 should be a good call, at least for the first or second map of the competition.

I think 17 is ok but there are several better maps on HR2 that I would pick before it. Thanks for suggesting though. This isn't going to have really hard maps (no matter how much Watakid bugs me about how easy he thinks hr2 is)

Signing up Banjoster and Godsdoomer for a total of 9 teams formed so far.

The first map will be announced on Monday night after I start drinking so I can make sure I do the right choice.

Those who haven't yet should join #zansurv to make contact easier and so you can trashtalk other teams too.

I'm still taking map suggestions but unless someone shows me a fantastic map I kinda have my mind set on what I'm doing. It'll depend a lot on how well teams do on the first week though.

Hell yeah, the complaints were taking long to start.

Seriously though, this map could've been played later and not in the first week, I was told that and I agree with it, but still this will be good for testing the teams' coordination, dedication and strategy.
