History: There were some matches in past on ZD, where USA won like 50-3 on flags ? If i remember correctly. This match was classified like USA beat Europe and is forever better in CTF. Time flies. Lets change it.

Goal: Take last active solid players on zandronum and try fight against unbeatable usa team (renegades).

Prizes: forever and not dying glory and honor, in other case if you lost , you are lost forever.

What i am looking for?
Active euro players which have no respect and want try change history.

You can apply your confirmation in post with your preferably position and favorite maps.

HAVE FUN!

Well I tried UK v Euro and that was a massive failure but hopefully this'll be better as long as people don't bitch about ping. Maybe have an aggregate score over multiple servers.

That 'tournament' was around 2003 I think, when CTF was pretty new and the standard tactics of today weren't laid out then, especially not in europe where most people were duellists and CTF was probably hardly standardized there.
Even today the american scene is bigger and probably stronger I'd imagine, former top euro players from zd have left or become inactive so they have a big advantage.
I could give it a go tho:

Code: Select all

Name: Nati
Perferred position: Any
Favorite maps: 01, 20, 26

In short, go to hell capo

Ok coming with some details.
Server will only american BE or FC. (i win a lot on both) so i dont give fuck what server we pick for this. Also system will probably bo5 or more with timelimit 15 mins and last but not least. This will play system 5vs5 as in this old good days.

Here we go, we'll have our reputation ruined thanks to Capodecima. I don't really know how drunk you are but you must be really drunk to make a thread like this and proceed with it. Whatever, I don't think it's going to happen or in the slight chance that it does happen, it will not be worth it.

Good luck getting people play a match like this, especially organized by you, and starting with "American server only". I take it this is a troll thread, go and "quit competition" for the 5th time now.

If he's serious i'm interested, otherwise nahh.

American players may be strong as of late but there's decent euro's too, the issue here is he's saying "Fight against unbeatable usa team renegades".. Well, how will 3-4 random euros that never play as a team, get smacked together in 1 team and try to beat R?

It's impossible to be honest, because you're just not used to eachother's gameplay, and getting used to capo's is forever impossible.

Nati isn't part of Europe either but those are somehow part of european competition (Turkey, Israeli, Georgia, Azer etc etc)

If you need a player I'm down for this, even though I'd look for some ssg skilled aimbotter player if I were you.
At any rate, let me know if you need me; I was pretty decent at CTF 6 years ago.

At least he tries, which is more than can ever be said about a handful of people. Now talking about doing it properly is another case entirely...
