No problem, will do.
Also, as far as it was working well with the ZML, I think we will apply a timelimit to it.
By cons I do not know if it's a good idea to allow Freelook... guess I should.

Noone is, Sorry. You were too inactive. That's why we prefer to let a chance to those who want to play really.
That being said you're still part of the Tournament since you're a reserve player / free agent!

Rules updated. If you're misunderstanding a part of the rules please let me know.
Guess I should make a shortened version of the rules.

RE: TDM Tournament - Signups
Is recording necessary? I think thats all I have to ask.
RE: TDM Tournament - Signups
Recording is being taken as recording demos. If you have IDE, there should be a gray button in the bottom left, click it and it should record demos from now on.

Clarify this. This makes no sense what so ever. So are you saying as long as one team gets in the server in first they get to pick the map? Even if they did so BOTH times? That's pretty fucking stupid if you ask me. You really need to specify which team from which country gets to pick the map dependent on the server. Honestly, I think the maps that the team chooses should be played on their opponent's server. This avoids the idea of players choosing ping biased maps on home field servers.Chr0nique wrote: "The team the got the server in first will also pick the map."
Also.
7 min rounds? this is retarded if you ask me. 7 is just an odd number and I would think you would keep a means of consistency between games. But this is YOUR OPINION and YOUR RULES. So, what does it matter what I think

No.
What I am saying is that if one team pick the server first (if they doesn't plan all their games to NJ...) will also pick the map first so they can play their chosen map on their home server.
All the TDM games we've had on R lasted 7 mins on average.

You either have the choice to play all your games on a single servers (team Matzoa's gonna play on NJ only aswell because Mastodon can't play on Eu) or play on two servers (eg. your team vs mine)9.4 So, who's gonna pick the server first ?
- Playing in two servers : The arrangement for selecting a server in first should be done by the teams and their opponents. The team that picked the server first will also pick the map in first position.
I was thinking that too. Guess we can make it that way.Honestly, I think the maps that the team chooses should be played on their opponent's server.
The number isn't that random actually. As long as 7 mins is equivalent of 75 frags averagely, nope, it isn't.7 min rounds? this is retarded if you ask me. 7 is just an odd number and I would think you would keep a means of consistency between games.

Actually, after our first practice.. With 7 minutes me and Naut together reached over 100 few times, and over 75 every time.
EDIT: NEVERMIND THIS IT WAS ACTUALLY 10 MINUTES.

RE: TDM Tournament - Signups
Moved the Chapter 9.0 to 2.0 and brought a few clarifications about the choice of servers. It is important to defer the choice of servers and Tiebreaker rules.
When teams are playing on two different servers, the team playing at his home server will leave outside team choose the map (as Rosking mentionned) and in case of a TieBreaker the team with most frags will pick the fucking server and the second team will pick map for Tiebreaker.
And when teams are playing on a single server like NJ USA OR FR/UK only anyone can pick the map first (matter of courtesy). In case of a TieBreaker, the map will be picked by the team that has most frags, (if frags counter are equal then by flipcoin) since TieBreaker will also be played on the same server...
So if you don't want to be bothered by all I'm saying just find an arrangement with your opponent to play all the games on NJ USA. But don't whine about the pings being unbalanced.
So yeah, playing on two servers is not mandatory but recommanded. If the ping is not a problem for you then play all your games on NJ.
And since Finals are BO5, if finalists are playing again on two servers (USA / EURO), the servers must be used in that order : USA, EURO, EURO and USA OR EURO, USA, USA and EURO (depending how the scores progress) and if a Tiebreaker's needed, the team with most frags will pick the fucking server and the second team will pick map for Tiebreaker.
If all the games takes place on USA NJ/FR, the only thing that will change is all the games will be played in the same server
Also, only 2 maps for the finals will be choosen by teams, the 3rd, 4rd, and Tiebreaker map will be defined by the league.
Is this so hard to understand, Caboose?
