They only forfeit if they accept and don't play/quit the game. The only thing it will count as now is some intimidating insults or they are "scared" etc. Not a forfeit.

Maybe the term might be accurate in boxing where a champion could forfeit a match and thus title without accepting the fight to a boxer in the challanger position. But nah this would only be a forfeit if say SF was required to play mr cheater to prove something.
